API-key requests are limited to 120 requests per 60 seconds per API key. CollabOS sends rate-limit information in response headers: When the limit is exceeded, the API returns HTTP 429 with code RATE_LIMITED. Use Retry-After when present. Avoid immediate repeated retries, and add a small amount of jitter if multiple workers share the same key. A simple retry flow is:
  1. Stop sending requests after a 429.
  2. Read Retry-After.
  3. Wait at least that many seconds.
  4. Retry once, then back off again if another 429 is returned.
