The personal raffle API only returns raffles that are public and published. Private or community-only raffles are not exposed through the personal developer read API.Entry actions
Creating or updating an entry still follows CollabOS raffle rules. The API does not bypass requirements, eligibility checks, wallet or identity rules, or raffle lifecycle state. Developer entry responses are sanitized. Internal requirement configuration and secrets are not returned.Availability
